No. You can browse properties, the map and realtor profiles without signing in. A free account lets you like properties, follow realtors, message realtors, request viewings and make payments.

Creating an account and browsing is free. Some optional actions, such as sending a Verified Interest, carry a fee that is shown before you confirm.

A paid enquiry that tells a realtor you are serious about a property. It includes your budget and timeframe, which helps realtors prioritise genuine customers.

Yes. Request a viewing with the realtor before you commit. We recommend never paying for a property you have not seen.

Rent is paid online through our payment partner and recorded with a receipt, so both you and the realtor have a clear payment history.

Payments are processed by Paystack and support the options Paystack offers in Ghana, such as mobile money and cards.

No. Card details are handled by our payment partner and are never stored on Malney's servers.

Fees such as the realtor application fee are non-refundable. For other payments, contact us with your payment reference and we will look into it.

Do not pay. Report it to us straight away with the property link and any messages.
